Fresh water supply disruptions occurred on December 10 and January 21, indicating ongoing issues. Power outages have been frequent, with four incidents in the past year. The development will increase waste generation and strain local infrastructure, including transport links and public services. It will also encroach on the Green Belt, transforming the village's character. The increased housing density will lead to higher noise levels and traffic congestion, impacting residents' quality of life.
