While I understand the need for development, I don't agree that the area being considered in SG06 is suitable for this. It's an important and well used area of open farmland, footpaths and lanes that allows a huge number of people in North Leamington and Warwick to get out of town within a few minutes walk or drive. It's an area especially important in wintertime when there are limited daylight hours. Working 9-5, the small window of opportunity to get out of town into what feels like the countryside in the light would be impossible without this area.
