Thousands more vehicles will lead to gridlock on routes already at capacity. I would be unable to commute to my job. Surrounding villages will be impacted, affecting livelihoods and safety of road users. Bearley Station is not a viable commuter station!
Children’s lives would be at risk crossing the A3400 for school. Bearley Cross has frequent traffic collisions and no pavement.
The Green Belt must be protected to stop urban sprawl! An increase in air and noise pollution is disastrous. Our infrastructure would buckle, flooding would be even worse.
Tourism would adversely affected- Shakespeare’s countryside should be celebrated not concreted!
