A development of this size will increase traffic through Wilmcote which is used as a detour route to avoid Stratford.
Accidents on the M42 & M40 only increase the existing traffic problems. The A3400 is inadequate with existing traffic as is the nearby accident ridden A46
Destruction of Pathlow countryside that used to absorb large amounts of rainfall will cause extra water runoff and increased flooding for Bearley and Bishopton
The sewage systems cannot cope now with the present pressure on them. And the loss of wildlife habitat cannot be sustained. Or replaced. These plans are insane
