I am objecting to the proposals which frankly are absurd, initially I thought the proposal was outlining the flood plane! I attach a short letter, but bullet them here. Flood risk, the fell mill and angela's meadow is in a flood plane. Local amenities, the plans more than double the town which already cannot support schooling and would significantly impact within the buffer zone of AONB. Roads the historic single carriageway bridges and town one way are not suitable to double the town size. Plans are harmful to the environment without benefits shown.
