This would put huge pressure on local amenities that barely exist as it is. There are very few local shops, schools and doctors. There are no laws in place for large settlement development to actually put all of these things in place a there for the over spill into Warwick and Leamington would put too much pressure on local towns. The rail links here are small and rural and the need for this also implies the jobs are not local. use of Greenland is inappropriate and given climate change commitments by the gov is wildly irresponsible with other sites available.
