Impact on the Towns Character
INSUFFICIENT ROAD Infrastructure
Highly visible out of character development from A3400
Increased flooding risks (MAJOR CONCERN) from runoff at north end of Henley
Loss of Green space, destruction of recently matured trees, environmental issues, Wildlife concerns, protected species
Green Belt Development
Insufficient local transport facilities (so encouraging car use)
Air pollution concerns
There are other, smaller development areas that might be better suited
Impact on adjoining conservation areas
Drainage from Golf Course to the south
Station Car Parking
