Schools, child care, GPs and Dentists in Shipston are oversubscribed. Infrastructure for sewerage has not been upgraded to cope with the expansion of the town. Proposed building will be in flood plane and water run off areas. There is no train station, limited public transport, no local fuel station , no bank , no large supermarket to serve an increased population. Parking in the town is already limited , more houses , more vehicles, more pollution. Plans to build on the recycling centre are absurd as this is a well used and necessary facility. No more estates please
