a1 The local roads can not support more traffic and parking.
2 Other local plans for Kingswood and Lapworth would add to this congestion.
3 Having the village surround by residents in another Parish and County is wrong and feels like gerrymandering. Surly in a democracy this is wrong and would need correcting. The squabbling between authorities in a small village would restrict the quality of life.
4 Local services can not support the extra growth but would not get any support from those imposing the extra homes
5 Threats to green belt and conservation areas.
