I believe the proposed housing development south of Leamington (SG09) should be prioritised for the following reasons:
1. It has good road transport links, being very close to the A452 for access to Leamingtion, A425 for Warwick and the M40 for beyond.
2. It is not Green Belt land, and does not encroach on any natural wildlife habitats.
3. Has good access to Warwick school and Myton school as possible secondary school options
