Bloor Homes Western support the inclusion of land south of the Rosebird Centre (HELAA Site Ref: 381) and land east of Shipston Road (HELAA Site Ref: 382) (both of which are part of SG19) within the Plan for the following reasons:
- Alignment with the Spatial Growth Strategy
- Alignment with the Overarching Principles and Commentary on the HELAA
- Addressing the Sustainability Appraisal Assessment
- Infrastructure Requirements and Delivery
- Right Choice for Development East of Stratford-upon-Avon
Bloor Homes request that land south of the Rosebird Centre and east of Shipston Road be included in the SWLP.
