Reasons for strong objection:
We live opposite proposed site entrance which would cause safety concerns with access to / from our property.
Narrow road already traffic / parking issues will add to this
Access of emergency vehicles
Issue with poor sewage / water drainage - more houses more issues e.g flooding
Impact on infrastructure e.g schools limited spaces already
Impact on wildlife next to the lakes - green belt
Impact of construction traffic on already poor roads / parking
Impact on local residents /village and houses parallel to development
