BW site: Based on our own assessment of the HELAA evaluations, the ‘more suitable’ designation for BW is inaccurate and fails to take account of many vital issues. This is particularly so when the sites are meant to have been evaluated in terms of suitability and appropriateness.

HELAA assessments fundamentally overstate the attractions of the BW proposal for development. It appears that this is based on a paper-based approach that has not considered the realities on the ground. The BW full response addresses these realities - and makes it clear that BW is a completely unsuitable place for development.
