We use this area to walk our dogs and children on a regular basis. Developing it will fundamentally change the nature of this area when there appears to be more suitable sites in the area.

Greenbelt and why it should be protected is defined by government national planning policy: The fundamental aim of Green Belt policy is to prevent urban sprawl by keeping land permanently open; the essential characteristics of Green Belts are their openness and their permanence.

The proposal will contravene why Green Belt land is considered important and protected as it will link Old Milverton into Leamington Spa.
