Shipston is already highly susceptible to flooding, development will increase flood risk to shipston and nearby villages through surface runoff and development on a flood zone.

The medical centre and other health services are already struggling and insufficient for the current population of shipston. Development will put even more strain on these essential health services.

Shipston and surroundings road network is already inadequate for the volume of current traffic with single track systems and and extremely limited parking with no opportunity for expansion will create impossible traffic issues for residents and through traffic.
