1. Wilmcote is a historic village, and needs protecting as such.
2. The proposed plan would cause thousands more vehicles going through the village, traffic is already a safety hazard for the horse riders who live in the village.
3. The loss of Green Belt can never be recovered, causing a devastating loss of wildlife and natural flora,
4. Being a hilly area there is a major risk of flooding exacerbated by covering the land with concrete.
5. The infrastructure can not cope with proposal.
6. It would cause increased air, noise and light pollution.
