2. Few trains at station and lack of parking.
3.Green Belt land adjacent to a Conversation Area, and rich in wildlife.
4. Local experience in Lapworth is that flooding due to surface water and poor road drainage is worse than that indicated by the various flood risk maps.
5. in his consideration of the Warwick District Local Plan in 2017 the Inspector said: "The adverse impacts of development on these sites would outweigh the benefits and exceptional circumstances for further alterations to the Green Belt do not exist."
