1, Building in a flood plane is a major concern. i live on the fringes of the flood plane. other new builds in Shipston have already proven it's making the flood issues in Shipston more problematic.
2, the bridge won't tolerate the amount of extra traffic and due to flooding is often cut off.
3, very limited jobs and growth for the amount of houses proposed.
4, poor bus routes and very limited choices for young people's 6th form education and college progression and jobs.
5, would destroy Shipston's independent market town.
6, lack of NHS services and bank closing.
