Improve waste water system as flooding has already occured and more users will probably cause pollution of the Stour and Avon.
Improved water supply as loss has already happened.
Improved electricity supply as outages happen already.
Roads inadequate for more traffic.
Medical services overburdened.
Public transport laughable.
