In favour of mixed housing which in turn favours a cohesive community - young look out for the old and vice versa, less likely to experience loneliness (especially older people), creates a more village-like community. Large, medium and modest-sized housing should also be mixed, otherwise ghettos (usually of the social housing) are formed.
