Option 6b would seem to be unlikely to provide the sort of pitches that the travellers themselves would want. I presume they have been consulted on where they prefer to have their sites - permanent or temporary? Requiring large scale developers to fund the installation of a site which may be in the district of the houses being built may be preferable
