The high school is already at maximum capacity and has no six form. Essential services are already inadequate for the current population. Part of Fell Mill site (ref:148&747) sits within what I think is called an "Area of Restraint" Shipston has infrequent bus services and the town is already struggling with the volume of traffic so even more car use for commuting to work. Local job opportunities are minimal and much less than before the loss of industrial land to housing. Increased housing will increase risk of flooding. The sewerage systems are already over-capacity.
