Unjustifiably uses Green Belt land when other sites do not. Site divided by already dangerous A3400. Road network (Trunk roads, "A" roads, minor roads) inadequate to support extra traffic generated. Bearley Halt has no access to Birmingham/Stratford line. Exacerbation of existing flood issues in area. Additional strain on sewerage system already at capacity. Will overwhelm existing facilities and amenities. Impact on acknowledged biodiversity of area, rare species and SSSI's. No access to sites in and adjacent Bearley. Impact on Bearley conservation area and internationally significant Mary Arden's house. Insufficient local employment necessitating commuting over distance. Rural area becomes a suburb.
