This development would affect:

Road Infrastructure which is already struggling;
The independence of Tiddington and Alveston;
The area around and upon the Clopton Bridge which is already struggling to cope with current traffic;
The impact on both villages due to building on the flood plain and the proximity of the River Avon;.

Why build here when New Settlements are preferred?

Parts of this proposed development negates the Neighbourhood Development plan i.e. the strategic gap between Tiddington and Stratford, which has been highlighted by a Planning Inspector.
