An absolutely inappropriate proposal that should not be given light of day.

An unnecessary development on green belt land which will damage biodiversity and destroy habitats and wildlife corridors.

There is no infrastructure to support this size of development.

The A3400 is already horrendously busy and a dangerously fast road. Any accident or road works here will cause even more gridlock in unspoilt nearby villages.
