I believe that the transport options seem progressive, but they are way over-optimistic. They would be insufficient to prevent a huge impact on traffic through Clifford Chambers, into and through Stratford. Congestion will grow to impact the quality of life in these areas even more seriously, including delays, unpredictability, noise and pollution, contravening the CC Neighbourhood Plan. Cycling for example is a great solution for fine sunny days, that I love, but will be rejected on dark, cold and/or wet days in favour of cars. The Greenway would risk changing from a leisure facility into a trunk road for cyclists.
