i strongly oppose the proposed development due to the totally inadequate road infrastructure to support it nor is it likely to modify the A46 at a cost exceeding £250m and not possible to upgrade the A3400 with its choke points at many places though villages such as Wootton and Henley and beyond. Most journeys will be by car to major employment areas like Warwick, Leamington, Coventry and Warwick parkway. Speeding commuter rat-runs will inevitably be created through the villages and country lanes as a consequence. Well documented flooding will be exacerbated. An urban sprawl and ribbon development will be created.
