Councils are under pressure to build new houses but this huge development is unbelievable. Drainage is the biggest issue.
Vintage drainage system cannot cope. Severn Trent will not replace narrow drainage but instead have installed flood defences which pump water out of houses back to the inadequate drains.
Frequent motorway problems currently cause queuing traffic through Hockley Heath towards Henley. Construction sites will add problems causing air pollution.
Farm land and wildlife should be protected.
All we have is one dental surgery and primary school. There is no GP surgery, pharmacy , train station or secondary school .
