I Object because it is Green Belt Land for Farming / Local nature / Hedges / Wood Land . This over Development . Infrastructure is total unsuitable for the increase in Population in that area .The traffic flow would increase to unmanageable levels on the present lanes in and around the local vicinities .On the A4177 into Warwick / Leamington / M40 . already at capacity in rush hours. New junctions would be required at the intersection B4439 / A4177 / Brownley Green Lane. Hatton Railway Station would require a Larger car park .New Schools ,
