SG21, ALC A, ALC B are all areas in areas that are regularly flooded or waterlogged. SG21 will be isolated by the bypass. There is inadequate infrastructure in Alcester already to carry increased numbers of cars, poor bus routes, and no train station. Schools at primary and secondary level are full and there is no college facilities, doctors and dentists have no capacity and the distance to these from the proposed sites make increased car use inevitable. The impact on the character of the town and the areas around it will change the environment beyond recognition.
