Infrastructure-increased traffic on smaller country roads, potential road works causing delays to commuters, reinforcing bridges over canals & rail lines to support increased traffic. Services to our doctors Surgery/School & Trains station will be affected, as they are either over subscribed or have inadequate service. The entire land proposed is Green Belt! Disruption to and destruction of Canal Conservation Areas as well as the few public footpaths we have maybe lost. The permanent loss of vital habitat for wildlife such as otters, skylarks and Golden Crested Newts that are protected. Disruption to important wildlife corridors, notably the canal and railway.
