Development on this site will greatly increase traffic in the centre of the village especially around the primary school which is congested already.
There is insufficient capacity at the local GP to accommodate more people.
Houses developed on this site would be subject to large amounts of noise from the A46 and all traffic out of this area would have to come through the bottleneck of the railway bridge by Parkway station
