Any further houses south of the river Avon would overload the existing heavily congested road approaching Clopton Bridge.
There is only one significant supermarket that is patronised by the more wealthy residents. All cheaper food shops and medical facilities and secondary schools are north of the river together with the Hospital. South of the Avon is in my view totally unsuitable. We need new sustainable settlements away from Stratford-on-Avon such as the BW option.
