I agree that existing permanent sites should be protected.
I agree that caravans should be allowed to alight on suitable pieces of ground - this happens already and adds welcome character to the verges and roundabouts near Henley and Redditch.
I would not agree with large scale sites especially if a valuable asset was being taken from the community without genuine consultation.
Infrastructure must be in place to accommodate the increased needs and not disadvatage the local community.
Additional boat moorings, if practically possible must ensure environmental needs are met and there are sufficient facilites to dispose of waste.
