SG06 continues to meet the five tests of Green Belt and shouldn't be considered for development. Sufficient non Green Belt land which is well served by infrastructure exists elsewhere within the area and is where sustainable development should be focussed. Development of SG06 would have a detrimental impact to the character of North Leamington and result in significant harm.
