The package of land behind St Mary's Acre is inappropriate for development. The new properties would overlook existing property on St Mary's Acre and the very narrow access via Church Lane is unsafe for pedestrians, dog walkers and wildlife. Also the Bishopton A46 roundabout would be unable to cope during morning and evening commuting hours.
