This is Green Belt land for farming / wood land / nature . The position of this development would require a new junction on the A46 which is at capacity in the rush hour to the junction M40 / A429 . A junction on the A4177 would further compound the problem with traffic trying to entre Warwick district . It would also create additional problems on lanes and roads close to the vicinity , mainly old budbrooke road / Wedgnock lane . This is over-development with no consideration to the present infrastructure .
