ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE
A main Badgers' Sett runs for about 200 metres under an old hedge between two of the eastern fields. Under current legislation, a 30 metre buffer area must be left around the setts for mitigation, and light, noise and loss of foraging must be taken into account.
Under current legislation, bird life of the sewage works should be protected, during and after construction.
