SG04 represents a further unsustainable development to Kenilworth, degrading its environment and conflicting with the stated goals in the plan. Kenilworth is already struggling with the amount of new housing which has escalated traffic problems - lack of plans to avoid car use, no provision of additional public transport - while also failing to provide supporting infrastructure (schools, clinics, etc). Any further impact on the green corridors between local communities cannot be sustained, especially with the impact of HS2 to the north.
