Alcester Town Council, Arrow with Weethley Parish Council, Kinwarton Parish Council, Wixford Parish Council and Great Alne Parish Council (together referred to as Alcester Parishes Group or ‘APG’) agrees with the approach.
APG suggests that existing gypsy and traveller sites are assessed as part of the SWLP to establish whether they can be expanded to provide additional plots. This should be the case even if the existing site is in the Green Belt.
