The package of land behind St Mary's Acre is inappropriate for development. The new properties would overlook existing property on St Mary's Acre. The very narrow access via Church Lane would be unsafe for pedestrians, dog walkers and wildlife. In addition, the A46 roundabout at Bishopton would be unable to cope during morning and evening commuting hours. Henley in Arden would suffer huge traffic congestion during commuting hours.
