The proposals in DP 31 cannot be put into practice for site BW without considerable difficulty and cost if at all, especially as employment, leisure and retail destinations would be distant from the settlement. There are no feasible routes for a cycle track to Stratford and accessible public transport would involve complex delivery. Car dependency would be considerable unlike on other settlement sites such as E1 where a new rail station and link to Honeybourne can be considered. Rail stations would not be integrated in site BW and would require ancillary travel to access them.
