A new town of 6,700 houses with probably 10,000 cars and supporting services will ruin this rural neighbourhood - the area will be changed out of all recognition and for the worse. I am unable to see how the proposal fits into "a well-designed and beautiful South Warwickshire". Flooding and traffic congestion are already severe problems in the local area. The loss of green belt land, biodiversity , protected trees, woodland, meadows and hedges would be enormous and these features would be lost forever.
