A massive number of houses have already been built here and the infrastructure in Stratford is inadequate for the current housing levels; with pressure on doctors, dentists and schools and the town centre roads often jammed.
Development options in other places already have good access to the main road network including the motorway infrastructure when such access is not in place from the SG19 location so would need to be built at massive cost before any further development is even considered. Once the countryside is lost to more roads and housing it will never be recovered.
