Analysis identifies Baginton as a dispersed settlement that has limited access to facilities and services. Recently started and granted permissions already significantly increase existing housing numbers beyond those in local and neighbourhood adopted plans. Substantial infrastructure improvements are essential before further sites are considered (REFID 131,194,127,94). Along with green belt & flooding restrictions the positions and number of proposed sites around Baginton cause great difficulty in providing adequate facilities.
