The site scores highest in the sustainability appraisal, and the three sites which make up the SGL all have low scores in the HELAA. The sustainability of the site, with close proximity to everyday services, facilities, schools and employment opportunities, coupled good transport connections, will have limited landscape impact and will not adversely impact any acknowledged interests including heritage assets, biodiversity, flooding and drainage.
