I do not consider Shipston SG 17 and Fell Mill Lane 147 and 747 to be suitable for inclusion in the plan for future development as they are not sustainable for the following reasons:
The sites are prone to flooding and are located in an Area of Restraint.
Education and Health facilities in Shipston are already inadequate and not able to cope with the existing population.
Shipston town centre is already congested, has limited parking and the one-way road system struggles to cope with existing level of traffic.
Local employment opportunities are very limited
