[Personal information redacted] We write as local residents to strongly object to the above planning application of this large scale development site.
1. Unacceptable impact on environment, green belt, trees and hedgerows.
2. Increased traffic volume on already overloaded, badly maintained roads.
3. Noise and pollution greatly increased.
4. Impact on all essential services, sewage, schools, policing etc.
5. Detrimental to local wildlife, and plant species.
6. Increased risk of flooding in local area.
