There is far too much emphasis on road improvements and little of consequence for public transport. The funds required for major improvements in rail services are way beyondthe scope of a Local Plan, but should be key to where development is planned. A far more strategic long term tarnsport plan is needed. The SWLP is tinkering with trivia.
