I object to this proposed new settlement on Green Belt land as there is no apparent justification for its inclusion. No landowners have offered sites, and no developers are pursuing housing here. While there is a nearby station, the same concerns raised for B1 Hatton apply: the need for substantial infrastructure investment, the loss of Green Belt protecting community identity, the loss of biodiversity and the failure to prioritise urban regeneration over countryside development.
